My name is Erin Teran. I am a registered nurse running for Indio City Council, District 1. I was born and raised here in the beautiful City of Festivals. During this Covid19 pandemic, due to the skeptical leadership in our city, we’ve lost way too many loved ones. As a nurse, I understand the true meaning of caring for people and the importance of making decisions based on facts. Once elected, I will prioritize keeping our city safe; focus on post-Covid economic recovery; support our police and fire departments; collaborate with state and federal leaders to secure more resources for our community. But most importantly, I will work to improve the quality of life of every Indio resident. Why? Because I care!
I ask for your vote of confidence to allow me to serve as your next councilmember.
Let me take care of you!
Vote Erin Teran for Indio City Council on or before November 3
Once elected, I will:
-Ensure we invest in effective and sustainable programs to improve the quality of life, while maintaining a balanced city budget;
-Strengthen the relationship and mutual trust between our public safety officers and the community;
-Work with state and federal leaders to secure more resources for affordable housing, recreation, infrastructure, and responsible community development projects; and
-Support economic growth strategies focused around job creation and the success of locally owned businesses.
