ERIN'S VISION FOR THE DISTRICT
Erin Morrison is committed to representing the people of Senate District 24 in Oklahoma. With a strong focus on community engagement and advocacy for important issues, Erin Morrison is dedicated to bringing positive change. By electing Erin Morrison, you are choosing a leader who will work tirelessly to serve your best interests.
Education
I believe Oklahoma’s future depends on a world-class education system. As Moore School Board President, I helped pass multiple bond issues, open College & Career Centers and an Aeronautics program, expand mental health support, and invest in new stadiums and indoor practice facilities.
In the Senate, I’ll fight for:
-
Full funding for classroom instruction and student services
-
Local control over curriculum and school policies
-
Expanded career-tech and STEM pathways
Health & Mental Health
No family should struggle to access basic care. Under my leadership in Moore, we grew our mental-health team to support students in crisis.
As your senator, I will:
-
Increase funding for school-based mental-health services
-
Improve rural health care access and telemedicine options
-
Protect patient privacy and local decision-making
Local Control & Government Reform
I trust Oklahomans to make the best decisions for their communities. I will:
-
Oppose unfunded mandates
-
Increase transparency in government budgeting and procurement
-
Empower parents, educators, and local leaders
Fiscal Responsibility & Economic Growth
Our state budget should reflect our priorities: education, public safety, and infrastructure—not bureaucratic waste. Drawing on 25 years of accounting experience and hands-on small-business management, I’ll:
-
Cut unnecessary spending and eliminate duplicative programs
-
Support tax relief for working families and small businesses
-
Promote job creation through commonsense regulatory reform
Public Safety
Safe neighborhoods and secure schools are non-negotiable. I championed upgraded safety measures district-wide and will carry that commitment to the Capitol by:
-
Ensuring law-enforcement agencies have the resources they need
-
Strengthening campus security without infringing on parental rights
-
Upholding the Second Amendment and victims’ rights
Family Values & Community
As a mother, volunteer, and member of the Moore Lions Quarterback Club and Moore Public Schools Foundation, I know that strong families build strong communities.
I’m committed to:
-
Protecting life
-
Supporting faith-based and charitable organizations
-
Celebrating Oklahoma’s heritage and faith traditions
